Membership Payments:
• All members are required to pay their subscriptions. Subscriptions are the primary source of revenue for OCRFC and are essential to maintain club operations, facilities, coaching, and player welfare.
• OCRFC is a charity run entirely by volunteers, who give their time without financial gain. Only current, paid-up members are permitted to use club facilities.

Subscription Period:
• Subscriptions are annual, covering the season from 1st September to 31st August.

Non-Payment Policy:
• Members who fail to pay their subscriptions may be:
1. Ineligible for selection for league or competitive matches
2. Asked to suspend use of club facilities
3. Asked to leave the club if outstanding payments are not cleared or a standing order for payment is not established

Compliance:
• The Committee reserves the right to enforce this policy fairly and consistently while ensuring compliance with RFU regulations and safeguarding obligations, particularly for youth and mini players.
• Members will be given reasonable notice and opportunity to rectify outstanding payments before any action is taken.

Payment Methods:
• Payments should be made via standing order, approved electronic transfer or in person via Sumup to facilitate timely collection and accurate records.
