Thanks very much to Adam Cottingham for attending Old Cats last night to present the RFU CPD on COACHING CHILDREN.
As it turned out, it was a bit more like an edition of University Challenge, as the four staff from Cats U16 took on the four staff from senior/women's rugby. The banter was sharp and the wit cutting!
All round, two hours very well spent with plenty of useful ideas exchanged on how to better the lot of the youngsters as well as coaches themselves.
Shame the club could not have been better represented in numbers.
